Dr. Alisha Poonja

About Me:

Dr. Alisha Poonja completed a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Anatomy and Cell Biology at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. She went on to earn a Doctorate Degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Poonja completed her residency training at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. Her residency training exposed her to a diverse patient population where she developed clinical and surgical skills to treat a wide array of foot and ankle pathologies. She continues to attend advanced surgical courses to bring the most recent techniques to her practice. When is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and reading.
